1. Acceptance of Terms
When you use Movepe to book trucks or packers, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our platform. By creating an account or making a booking, you accept all these terms.
2. What Movepe Does
Movepe is an online platform that connects customers with verified truck drivers and packers & movers across India. We help you book trucks, move items, and relocate homes. We handle payments and communication between you and service providers. Movepe is a platform - we connect you with professionals, but we don't directly provide moving services ourselves.
3. Your Account
To book trucks or packers on Movepe, you need to create an account with your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for all bookings made from your account. Please provide correct information like your name, mobile number, and address when registering. If someone uses your account without permission, you must tell us immediately.
4. How Bookings Work
When you book a truck or packers through Movepe, you make an agreement directly with the truck driver or packer, not with Movepe. We only connect you with them and help process payments. The service agreement (like price, timing, and delivery) is between you and the service provider. Movepe is not responsible for the actual moving service.
5. Payment and Pricing
The price for truck booking or packers service depends on distance, truck size, number of items, and other factors. You can see the price before booking - it's transparent with no hidden charges. You can pay online through our secure payment system (Razorpay) or pay cash at delivery. The final price is shown when you confirm the booking.
6. Cancellation Rules
You can cancel your booking anytime, but cancellation charges may apply based on when you cancel. If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup, it's free. Cancellation charges increase as you get closer to the pickup time. Please read our Cancellation Policy page for detailed rules. We recommend checking cancellation charges before confirming your booking.
7. Your Responsibilities
You must use Movepe only for legal purposes. Don't use it for illegal activities, don't give false information, and don't try to break or misuse our platform. Make sure your pickup and delivery addresses are correct. You are responsible for being available at the pickup location at the scheduled time. If you're not available, cancellation charges may apply.
8. Our Responsibility Limits
Movepe is a platform that connects you with truck drivers and packers. We are not responsible for any damage to your items, delays, or problems during the move. If there's an issue with the service, you should talk directly to the truck driver or packer. However, we will help resolve disputes and can block service providers who don't follow our standards.
9. Copyright and Ownership
All content on Movepe - including our logo, website design, text, and software - belongs to Movepe. You cannot copy, share, or use our content without our written permission. The Movepe name and logo are our trademarks.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date on this page. If you continue using Movepe after changes are posted, it means you accept the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
If you break these terms, misuse our platform, or do anything harmful, we can suspend or close your account without warning. We can also block you from using Movepe again. This includes giving false information, not paying for services, or harassing our service providers.
12. Indian Law Applies
These terms follow Indian laws. If there's any legal dispute about these terms or your use of Movepe, it will be handled by courts in Telangana, India. Both you and Movepe agree to this.
